Hewlett-Packard's Support Call Manager enables you to submit support calls and to check the status of support calls and hardware parts orders. These Support Calls can be for hardware and or software, based on contracts you have linked to your user ID.
Service features
  • Submitting Calls: Submit calls to the HP Response Center for your HP products.
  • Viewing Call Details: Read detailed information from any of your calls, including your comments a nd replies from HP Response Center Engineers.
  • Adding Comments to Calls: Add follow-up comments for the HP Response Center Engineer to any of yo ur open, electronic calls at any time. (Currently available for software based calls only)
  • Listing Summary of Calls: When you are in the HP's Support Call Manager, you may list and print your call history.
Access requirements
Access this service based on any one of the following:
  • Warranty service provides support coverage for HP hardware which is still under warranty.
  • HP support agreement coverage requires an HP support agreement with any level of hardware or software coverage.
  • A Time and Material call which will be billed on a time and material basis.
