link a support agreement to your ITRC user ID

Linking a support agreement will allow you to access some value-added IT resource center-maintenance/support services that you would otherwise not be able to use.
  • This does NOT apply to Compaq support agreements, and it is not necessary to access services for Compaq products. Please go to Maintenance and Support (Compaq products) to access services for Compaq products. Go to link a Care Pack  to link an HP Care Pack, Supportpack or a CarePaq.
  • By identifying a support agreement, it will be linked (permanently associated) with your User ID, so you will not have to link it again.
  • Your User ID can be linked to more than one support agreement.
  • Once you link a support agreement it cannot be linked by anyone else. You can share a linked support agreement with another user, or even reassign it to another user entirely.

It may help to have your HP Support Agreement documentation at hand. Your support agreement will be identified by either a Service Agreement ID or a System Handle.

Enter the information exactly as it appears on your HP Support Agreement. Please go to  Maintenance and Support (Compaq products)  to access services for Compaq products. Go to link a Care Pack to link an HP Care Pack, Supportpack or a CarePaq.

Do not enter Compaq support agreement or CarePaq information here.
