Here you may request that the IT resource center e-mail your User ID or a reset password to your e-mail address of record. Your User ID can only be recovered by this page if you have previously linked a Service Agreement ID or System Handle. Please allow for standard e-mail processing time. If you have trouble recovering your User ID or reset password via this page, please contact HP for Assistance.
